Who we are

Astra IT Solution Pvt Ltd provides a cloud CRM for education consultancies. These terms are between Astra IT Solution Pvt Ltd and the company that signs up (you).

Your account

You keep your login details safe and you are responsible for what your staff do in your workspace. Tell us at once if you think someone else used your account.

Free trial and payment

A new company gets a free trial. After the trial, or when a paid period ends, you pay the price shown on your invoice to keep using the CRM. If a payment is late, we may lock the workspace after the grace days. Your data is kept while it is locked.

Your data

The students, leads, files and other records you add belong to you. We use them only to run the service for you. You can ask for a copy of your data at any time.

Fair use

Do not use the CRM to send spam, break the law, or try to reach data of another company. We may suspend a workspace that does.

Ending the service

You can stop at any time. When a company is cancelled we keep its data for 30 days so it can come back, then we may delete it.

Changes and uptime

We work to keep the CRM running and safe, but we cannot promise it is never down. We may improve features over time and will tell you about big changes.

Limits

As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

Law

These terms follow the laws of Nepal.
